Authors experienced a case of megakaryocytic aplasia in a 13-year-old Korean girl
who was admitted with a chief complaint of epistaxis. Follow up studies including bone
marrow Inspiration and biopsy which was performed 2 months later revealed typical
features of aplastic anemia
